Rates
All rates are for 72 hours. We do not offer discounts for one day or short term rentals. The rental fee includes the cost to rent the item. We set our rates based on several factors: how rare the item is, what we paid to acquire it, what it costs us to keep it in rentable condition, and the current market rental rates for similar items.
Damage Waiver
We charge a mandatory 10% damage waiver on the rental fee of all items. This wavier covers normal wear and tear on our items (small staining, small nicks and scratches) meaning you won’t be charged anything additional for items returned in that condition. This waiver does not cover gross mishandling, breakage, or unreturned items. In these cases, damages may be billed as repair, cleaning fee, or replacement.
Condition
We strive to keep our inventory in the best possible condition, and to represent them accurately through the photography in our online catalog. However, all items are rented as-is.
Delivery
Delivery fees vary by location and does not include setup and teardown. We do allow pick-ups for certain small items. Due to the delicate nature of our inventory, we reserve the right to insist upon delivery for certain pieces.
Installation
We offer setup and teardown for an additional charge.
Deposit
The customer is responsible for any damage to items beyond the original condition it was released in. A credit card number must be provided to keep on file in the event of any damage or loss.
Payment
Credit card, check or cash are accepted. A signed contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit secures your items. Final balance is due seven (7) days prior to event. Once an order is finalized and leaves our possession, payment in non-refundable.
